Collaborating with QOS to modernize their dashboard presented a significant challenge. The existing platform was outdated, lacked customer feedback, and required the incorporation of new features on an ongoing basis. To address these concerns, it was imperative to establish fundamental standards. Therefore, it was decided to implement a comprehensive design system that could enhance the usability of the current platform. Subsequently, an evolution of the carbon design system was implemented, accompanied by custom features tailored to user requirements derived from thorough research and feedback. The ultimate goal was to develop a robust dashboard that could cater to the needs of a rapidly expanding company.
